What is Energy Alchemy?

How does Energy Alchemy Work? 

Quantum Physics reveals that everything is comprised of energy and vibrating.

The human body is comprised of a number of systems, which are made up of tissues and organs, which are made up of cells, which are made up of molecules, which are made up of atoms, which are made of sub-atomic particles, which are made up of energy. 

When it's broken down, you are an energetic being with an information field. Everything in your energetic information field is comprised of lots of different frequencies, that are also affected by other frequencies.

If we clear and resolve frequencies that are causing disharmony in any level of the energy field, and make space for new higher frequencies, your energy field can become more clear, light, radiant, strong and full of unconditional love. 

People will feel this energy, you will absorb less density from the world, and be able to navigate life at a higher level, with greater ease, flow and synchronicity.

Living life at higher frequencies means you can increase your energy, vitality and wellness, experience improved mental and emotional wellbeing, feel lighter, more inspired, and have more clarity and access to your unlimited potential for creating the life you desire.

Is it safe?

Yes. Nyree will ensure that you are safely held and protected at all times during the sessions. She will hold you with unconditional love and non-judgment. Sessions are powerful, yet gentle.

Although it can be challenging to face yourself and aspects of self that remain hidden, it doesn’t have to be difficult or painful, it can also be effortless, fun and beautiful.

You will be grounded into your body before the session closes.

How do I prepare?

It is important to remain well hydrated, as this will help you receive the sound and light frequencies, so please drink plenty of water before and after the session.

It is helpful to eat lightly beforehand, or eat a few hours prior so that the meal has a chance to digest. That way, the body can focus on healing and transformation, instead of digesting, during the session.

Ensure you have a private space, where you can remain undisturbed for the entirety of the session. If you wish to create a sacred setting with candles, crystals or flowers etc. please do that.

For online sessions involving Crystal Sound Alchemy, it is recommended to use quality ear or headphones, for the best sound experience.

Please wear comfortable, non-restrictive clothing, so that you can fully relax.

Set an intention for the session and be willing to let it go.

Does it matter if the sessions are remote or in person?

No. 

In today's modern world, sometimes it's not possible for in person sessions, and actually more convenient to do online sessions that can fit in with your lifestyle.

A connection and resonance with the facilitator will overcome any disadvantages you may perceive from online sessions.  

In terms of receiving the energy transmissions, there is no difference if you're in the same room or on the other side of the world. In our distance sessions, we access the quantum energy field together and work specifically with your energy field and close the gap between you and your transformational goals.

Even if you experience the energy differently online or in person, you are always receiving the full transmission into your energy field. 

Remote sessions are just as powerful and focused as in person. In your own space you can create a private, safe and comfortable place for your session, free of distractions.

What should I do after the session?

Drink a glass of water which will allow the frequencies to integrate more fully.

Lie down and allow yourself some quiet time to integration your experience, insights and higher frequencies.

Give yourself at least 30 minutes to an hour integration time, if possible.

Allow yourself to accept and feel whatever arises; drop the story, move into the heart and feel.

Go outside and ground yourself into the Earth (barefoot even better). This is important to ensure that you ground the new frequencies into the Earth and ensure you are fully in your body and centred.

Practice self love and care, be patient and gentle with yourself.

How many sessions do I need?

The ideal number of sessions depends on what you want to accomplish, where you are at in your journey, and the level of continued support you would like receive. Healing is a journey, and your higher guidance will show you the way.

Clients often come with a number of multifaceted issues that they want to be resolved in one session. This is unrealistic. Although things are often interlinked, It is better to focus on one main area of transformation.

You will experience a powerful shift in the first session, however for deeper embodiment and sustainable maintenance of your energy field at a higher frequency, a series of several sessions can catalyse positive transformation and sustainable freedom.
